The Zanesville Downtown Association pursues the economic revitalization of Downtown Zanesville through marketing, business attraction, business retention, real estate enhancement, and public infrastructure programs. The ZDA is implementing a comprehensive development Master Plan for Downtown adopted in 1995.
Our Downtown development effort is driven by a team of governmental officials and business leaders who work together. The result, as well as our ongoing goal, is the creation of a positive and profitable environment for business growth. Building revitalization projects, large public events, residential development, road improvements and business openings all contribute to the existence of a ready customer base for your firm.
Services provided by the ZDA include:
- Individual consultation with Downtown businesses
- Listing and photographs of available real estate in Downtown
- Statistical Information
- Production of Downtown Promotional Materials
- Promotion of Downtown Streetscape and Decorative Lighting
- Conduit for communication with the City of Zanesville concerning Downtown
- Consistent Promotion of Downtown
- Artist Colony of Zanesville information
